Responsibilities

• Update, implement and maintain procedures • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports • Manage projects / enhancement, developing project plans, and monitoring • Conduct meeting to clarify business requirement, system requirement and issue solving • Manage status of Requirement, Issue and able to update status to management level. • Monitor deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects/enhancements

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities

Qualifications

§ Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems, MIS, or IT related background § Proficiency in Work Planning and Project Management § Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view § In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of stakeholder trust and confidence § Knowledge on Financial service / Banking process is a plus § Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met § Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master is a plus
