PRTR Technical is working with a leading Thai bank who are urgently seeking an Agile Transformation Specialist to work at their corporate office in Bangkok.

The bank needs no introduction and prides itself on delivering state-of-the-art banking solutions to retail and corporate customers.

They are now seeking a pro-active leader who is able to implement an Agile working style involving Scrum Methodologies throughout the business. Therefore, you will be responsible for transforming the project management processes and improving core operations.

As the Agile Transformation Specialist, you will have the following:

• Strong experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master role.
• A technical background around software development.
• Ability to effectively communicate with, and oversee a team.
• Work experience in the finance/banking industry.
• A high level of English communication skills.
