• Job Description

  • Consistently apply the Project Management best practices in the projects delivered by
  Monstar Lab Group
  
  • Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory
  completion of projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines)
  
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the projects
  • Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular and accurate
  communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use (agile, waterfall, etc.)
  
  • Ensure Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure
  • Manage the change control procedure and ensure that project deliverables are
  completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off
  
  • Provide effective leadership to the members of the PM discipline, and take appropriate
  action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances
  
  • Actively participate in attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing the best talent;
  enable people to become the best that they can be
  
  • Demonstrate high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues
  and staff
  
  • Contribute to Monstar Lab Thailand becoming the Employer of Choice on the market
  • Manage client projects and provide an escalation point for Project management on client
  projects as required.
  
  • Be responsible for discipline reporting and act as an escalation point for the issues
  reported in the Project Management discipline
  
  • Be actively involved in project winning and initial project shaping activities
  • Provide support to client/prospect visits to the office and offer a truly great experience by
  uncovering key strengths/capabilities of the PM discipline, the location and the teams
  that fit the client needs
  
  • Support and work in collaboration with other local and remote product, design, QA and
  infra team, as well as with senior and management members of other offices in Monstar
  Lab Group to contribute to the best practices and growth of PM capabilities
  
  • Actively participate in the budget planning and execution for the PM discipline

  • English level 3 up : Need to contact with staffs in all over the world
  • Experience Project Manager more than 5 year in related field
