Job Description
Main Accountabilities
Operational Credit risk management & limit the bad debt losses
- To approach and proceed credit limit and term reviewed on regular basis defined by Manager.
- Manage and reduce the customer credit risk by analyzing factors such as customer financial situation and payment habits
- Approve and monitor credit limits and payment terms
- Assess and release blocked customer orders
- Manage third party relations as required (customers, credit rating agencies)
- Devise payment methods for high risk customers
Reporting & continuous improvement
- Preparing the AR Dashboard, analysis with recommendation for management
- To perform analysis to provide improvement recommendations to the AR Collection team
- Provide appropriate key indicators
- Improve continuously the information system database to support credit analysis and AR Collection team
- Ensure compliance with Group rules & procedures
- Project management
- Other assignment
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree (Economics or Finance);
- Relevant experience in financial analysis or credit rating or credit management or reporting
- Sound knowledge of the local economy & legislation relating to credit management B2B environment
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Communication, organizational & listening skills
- Ability to have a high level view and also a focus on details
- Ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to Excel in a Finance environment
- Display the four Lyreco values of Passion, Respect, Excellence & professionalism
- Excellent operational level of national language and English
- PC literate Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook. SAP knowledge is a plus.
