Job Summary
- To provides Scrum master services to a team that is part of a large program to deliver financial business process solutions/support in SAP Central Finance S/4 or SAP ECC for global Oil and Gas Company.
- Ability to deliver working products and is responsible for ensuring teams understand and operate in accordance to Agile values and principles.
- Ability to help the teams do this in the Fin business process/SAP technology space
Job Responsibilities
Primary Job Functions and responsibilities.
- Coach teams on Agile values and principles
- Drive teams to improve continuously
- Foster teams collective responsibility and accountability
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Refining) and ensure full team engagement.
- Anticipate and address teams potential or existing impediments
- Independently manage between Agile teams
- Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and to keep the work backlog healthy and ready for execution
- Shield teams from external interference to achieve teams optimal functionality and productivity
- In Agile at scale environments, participate and represent the teams in Program Increment Planning meetings and other equivalent ceremonies.
- General Agile implementation experience; Experience in Financial business process area and/or on integrated platform technologies a definite plus
- User Story formatting, prioritization and estimation
- Agile team-level metrics
- Experience with Agile work management (AWM) tools including set-up, planning and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile at scale
- General knowledge/background of Financial business process in SAP (any version)
- Familiarity with benefits of Test Driven Development (TDD), Automated Testing, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Pair Programming / Mob Programming
Experience requirements
- 3- 5 years experience in coaching and leading a team.
- Scrum Master Certification is mandatory
- 3-5 years experience in with Kanban and/or scrum master
- 3 + years of Knowledge of and Experience with coaching teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Ability to coach and train a team
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Willing to work under a contractual basis
- Open for Local Thai & expatriates in any nationalities who willing to relocate to Bangkok
