หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

  • Reporting directly to Finance Manager
  • To support Finance Manager as required.
  • To coordinate and prepare documents and/or report in relating to Banker, Governmental Office, Legal Office, Regional & Head Office where necessary
  • To prepare and update of financial report.
  • To manage the payroll process (OT, Allowance, Other Income and Deduction)
  • To handle 1st approval of admin invoice to ensure each transaction is accurate both amounting and recording and has attachment.
  • To audit payment voucher to ensure that each payment voucher is accurate and has completely supporting document
  • Enter journal entry in SAP on monthly basis
  • Enter adjustment and reclassification entry in SAP on monthly basis.
  • Reviewing accuracy of expenditure recording in line with the budget.
  • Create fixed assets master when require.
  • To run depreciation expense to post its to SAP on monthly basis.
  • To assist Finance Manager for liaising with external auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit report
  • Handling and responsible for overall payroll process including attendance, overtime and payment process.
  • Prepare & conduct payroll, compensation i.e. Tax, social security, provident fund etc.
  • Creating and providing P.N.D. 1 to submit The Revenue Department.
  • Contact the social security office, the insurance and provident fund agent in case of employee movement.
  • Dealing with the vender for quotation including price negotiation.
  • Prepare summary of weekly vender payment report
  • Prepare monthly summary bank reconciliation report
  • Prepare monthly postponed vender payment report
  • Prepare monthly commission report to HQ
  • Creating and providing withholding tax, VAT, Mid-year tax and annual tax report for submission to The Revenue Department


คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting , 5-7 year experience in accounting
  • Good knowledge in general accounting standard and taxation
  • Have some experience in HR & administration
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, E-mail and Internet) and SAP applications
  • Good command in English for both of speaking and written.
  • Hard working, good attitude and willing to learn new things
