  • Formulate marketing plans, initiatives and cost & benefit analysis to ensure specific card type and core feature's annual target achievement
  • Manage product portfolio quality, service delivery, and strategy fulfilment to be align with business direction and target segment's needs
  • Summarize function performance and present reports to business leaders, and strategic partner to provide analysis, product campaign evaluation and adjust strategy to meet changing marketing and competitive condition
  • Plan communication strategies and communication budget allocation for selective cards type to align with card positioning
  • Be strengthening current relationships with key partners and seek new partners for product specific core features, ensuring effective communication of partnership issues and, together with partner, identify opportunity for business growth
  • Drive continuous process improvement, procedure, policies, and cross functional meetings to improve customer experiences with specific target card types
  • Work with CRM, pricing, finance, and risk management to analyze historical data for product revisit, core feature evaluation, business impact and customer behavior and segmentation as a roadmap to furnish effective marketing programs for specific cards and core features

Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Business Management, Financial, Marketing or related fields.

  • At least 7 years of direct experience in credit card usage, portfolio or acquisition before entering to product management
  • Understand end-to-end of operations and data structure of credit card management
  • Understand profitability and loss of managing credit card
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development or software development methodologies preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, with competing resources and priorities. Proven success of delivering these projects on deadline and within budget.
  • Proficiency in documentation of requirements and use cases
  • Proven quantitative, statistical and analytical, and technical skills with the ability to use insights to make data driven decisions
  • Strong track record of setting and achieving goals of increasing complexity
  • Superior communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed
  • Creative problem solver
  • Must have strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit and ownership of projects
