Job Description

CS Job descriptions

– Receiving, Acknowledging PO, and Key-in(SAP) PO from customers
– Checking price from PO to avoid any mistake
– Planning shipment and delivery control
– Solve the problem with the shipment
– Communicate between customer and Distributor in Thailand and factory in SG.
– Checking stock and lead time
– Supporting any inquiry from the customer
– Issuing buffer stock from the forecast by customers
– Claim (Complaints) from the customer (Missing Pallets, Damages Packing, not quality issue)

Requirement:

English: MUST (Frequently communicate with the oversea office)

2 day-off, work hour: 8:30-17:30
