As digital talent

• You work closely with stakeholder and Subject Matter Experts to understand, analyze and improve core business processes, workflows and KPI’s. You document and challenge existing business processes and design new ones.
• You challenge business and functional requirements. You map the requirements (use cases, user stories) to the system capabilities, taking in account architecture guidelines and verifying overall feasibility, for implementation, testing and deployment.
• You define test strategy, functional acceptance test book and acceptance criteria confirming the business and system/solution requirements are met
• As Business Analyst you support the business departments during their project ideation phases to ensure consistent value delivery and feasibility of their initiatives
• You play the role of interface between the business and other IT stakeholders to facilitate, challenge and control the implementation of any initiative
• All along the initiative, you work with the implementation team(s), to secure the business outcome
• You follow market trends, concerning the product roadmap and functional/architecture evolutions, of the commercial software used (Oracle Fusion, Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle Demantra,..)
  

You have

• An IT background with 5 years of experience as Functional or Business analyst (ideally involving ERP , supply chain or finance activities)
• Strong knowledge of analysis standards and best practices : UML Use Case, UML state diagram, UML Activity diagram, UML Class Diagram, BPMN, EPC, DFD, ER, User Stories, Agile practices
• Good skills in Process Mapping, Process Modeling and Business process Reengineering
• A talent for communication at all levels, in English, French and Dutch
  

You are

• Eager to work in a Telco environment and able to document requirements as per best practices. IREB/IIBA certification is considered an asset.
• Assertive, empathetic, structured and able to gather business pain points and/or needs while keeping in mind efficiency, effectiveness and constraints
• A business facilitator with planning and organizational skills
