Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally
  • Being accountable and responsible for safety
  • Work as HRIS Manager to ensure all information in the systems are accurate and updated
  • SAP Successfactor system
  • Work for Southeast Asia region
  • Perform monthly data quality check
  • Work as a process owner to facilitate, support, and guide users for activities in HRIS system
  • Perform day-to-day task to analyze problems when users find difficulties
  • Train new users for HRIS system usage
  • Work as a single point of contact with global team to deploy projects and new guideline as a project manager in regional level
  • Understand and streamline local data architecture/process for HR efficiency i.e. develop dashboard for HR stakeholders
  • Support business decision by data analysis and animate dashboards for presentation.
  • Submit data on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to stakeholders
  • Run reports and dashboards to update HR-related activities
  • Professionally manage sensitive employee data
  • Be compliant with personal data act in each country
  • Have a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Responsible for initiative projects due to business needs


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields
  • At least 5-year experience in HR field, preferred in HRIS and project management experience.
  • Strong experience in managing high volume of data
  • Critical thinking; able to grab complexity at high level and comprehend data architecture to analyze technical issues
  • Good command of English; able to communicate with global team
  • Data-oriented. Able to validate accuracy with proven methodology
  • High level of Excel knowledge
  • Prioritize stakeholders at all levels [Global team/Regional team/Local team]
  • Able to communicate technical matters to non-technical people
