Overview
As a Legal Operations Coordinator of Agoda, you will work in Legal Operations function which is a part of Agoda Legal department, located in Bangkok, Thailand. You will support this function on general administrative tasks
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on supplier registration process
  • Maintain and update supplier profile both on ERP system and Legal Tracker system
  • Manage calendars, meetings and trips arrangement
  • Organize team meetings and events for Legal Department
  • Onboard new joiners
  • Maintain and update outside counsel list
  • General miscellaneous administrative tasks or operational projects as required by the team
Work approach
  • Work as directed by Legal Operations Team Lead
  • Develop and establish good working relationships with other departments
  • Coordinate and work with outside counsel and colleagues
  • Support the growth of the business across Asia and globally
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field at a respected university or equivalent experience
  • Ideally minimum 1 year of administrative experience (or as a secretary, coordinator) in a law firm and/or major corporation; (Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, excellent organization and administrative ability
  • Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in Thai
  • Adaptable to new technologies, quick learner
  • Professional and good working knowledge and experience as well as possess basic analytical skill
  • A spirit of co-operation and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to take work ownership with follow-through and timeliness attitude including handle and manage urgent requests. "hands-on" approach
  • Flexible and good problem-solving skills
