Your key responsibilities

  • Benefits and Welfare
  • To register, update and cancel employee information with Social Security fund and Medical/Life insurance.
  • To validate medical and expenses claim to align with the company policies and procedures together with processing any related activities.
  • Reporting and HR System
  • To prepare people report and conduct an analysis on monthly basis or ad hoc upon request by Talent Team and Service Lines.
  • To support implementation of HR Technology such as Success Factors and also other Technology of EY.
  • To response and manage timesheet recording system and provide solution to employees.
  • To update Timesheet record and Over time for operation staff.
  • HR Operations

To be in charge with administration processes including documentation of any related HR matters.

  • Project and other assignment

To participate in various projects and ensure the implementation of all projects are completed as plan.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Master / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
  • 1 - 2 years in Human resource management, HR Benefits and welfare, HR Reporting or HRIS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc).
  • Must have an advanced knowledge of excel functions and formulas.
  • Good command both Thai and English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proficiency with Data visualized tools such as Power BI, Tableau will be an added advantage.
  • Good Interpersonal and relationship management.
  • Be enthusiastic, initiative, and friendly.
  • Analytical skill and Detail Oriented.
