• Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting
  • Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and variance analysis report
  • Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable in order to ensure complete process
  • Review and recheck VAT Report, Withholding Tax Report, Corporate Tax and tax filling.
  • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
  • Responsible for overall accounting activities

• Requirement

  • Male/Female age over 40 years old up.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or any Financial related field.
  • At least 10 years experience in an accounting and finance function, ideally with experience in the manufacturing.
  • At least 5 years experience in management level.
  • Excellent skills in ERP and Knowledge of FS, BOI, MOF’s Law and Costing are needed.
  • Experience in monthly/yearly financial statements and closed balance.
  • CPD license.
  • Have enthusiastic, Skill for Solution and Good Human Relation.
  • Good command communication in English or Japanese are advantage.
  • Have Experience in GMP systems are advantage.(If any)
  • Experience in cosmetic manufacturing.
