Software Engineer - Application Support is a very crucial position. You will not only investigate and solve the production issues, but also develop and deliver products. We will collaborate with internal and external users to deep dive the root causes of the incidents. You will be a part of a team that works to create a massive impact for millions of Thai people, to unlock their investment potential via cutting edge innovations.
  • Identify, collaborate and solve the production issues for both internal and consumer facing products
  • Work closely with Scrum Team for both supporting and developing the products
  • Write the quality and adaptive code, easily for testing and maintenance
  • Write the unit test to ensure the quality of the code
  • Design technical solutions on scalable architecture
  • Enhance your technical ideas during product discovery sessions

Preferred qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Love to be a detective, thoroughly investigate the system and identify the root cause of issues
  • 1 year of experience in platform development with real customers
  • Experience/Proficiency in VueJS, Golang, NodeJS
  • Experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL
  • Having Can-Do and Growth Mindset
  • Fast learner and high Googling skill
  • Knowledge of infrastructure such as Nginx, Linux, Docker, etc is a plus
