หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Role:

  • As Sales Supporting Lead for Traditional Trade (TT) Channel
  • Key responsibility in overall operational functions – Champions the role of Data Management related to performance with cost by ensuring to deliver all assignment with accuracy per targeted timeline and comply to company compliance
  • Be Backbone in Commercial Department, to fully support Channel Head, RSM, ASM, Supervisor, BDM as well as Trade Marketing, Sales Capability and GTM to drive Sales Effectiveness with Cost Efficiency

Accountabilities

TT Sales Team

  • Summarizing and monitoring of Key Expenditures/Costs to TT Head, RSM and BDM:
  • T&E Expenses for all frontlines including Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor and Sales Rep (RSM, ASM, WS and Supervisor)
  • Gasoline Bills for all frontlines
  • No. of Mileage for frontlines in ASM, WS and Supervisor Role
  • Over Time for frontlines in WS and Supervisor role
  • Lead on GPS Tracking with local supplier (DTC), to manage stock, install and report monitoring for frontlines in ASM, WS and Supervisor Role
  • Key person to fully handle for an official record of important documents from frontlines and also for any further audit per company compliance:
  • Work*With – for ASM and Supervisor Role
  • One on One – for ASM and Supervisor Role
  • Working Calendar – for all frontlines
  • Organize Advance for New Comer from all frontlines
  • As Sales Coordinator in Monthly Sales Deployment

WS (Wholesale)

  • Lead on WS Claimed by CN or FOC per Trade Market’s Program:
  • Summary by Promotion
  • Summary by Display
  • Major scope of Trade Spend in K2 System as below:
  • Summary of Discount for Yala Customer (ยะลาเป็งเส็งจั่น– covers 3strategic provinces in southern part of Thailand i.e. Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat)
  • Set any new transactions (if any) in the system
  • Stock Management to suit business process:
  • Stock Inventory Report for Top’s 40 WS
  • Master file of Call Card for stock checking and order
  • Stock Request for promotion, display and also closed account (CN)
  • As Master Data Maintainer Role in SAP:
  • Manage and maintain the master data for WS Customer in SAP, to ensure that all data being used by the sales function is up to date and accurate

AS&D (Alternative Sales & Distributor)

  • Summarize with monitoring of AS&D’s Expenses under D&A (Discounts & Allowances)
  • AS&D’s KPI Scorecard – Key Performance’s Tracking:
  • Trade Spend for matching claim of AS&D’s KPI Scorecard against Plan in K2
  • Analysis Stale Report by AS&D for KPI’s calculation
  • Develop selling tools from Trade Marketing/BDM’s brief to fully utilize by Sales Team:
  • Sales Kits – Product, Planogram and Price
  • Sales Development Objective (SDO) for Supervisor to brief AS&D and Sales Team
  • Summarize status update of Bank Guarantee and Yearly Fee by AS&D (PepsiCo supports 50%)
  • Stock Management to suit business process:
  • Stock Request for promotion, display and also closed account (CN)
  • As Sales Coordinator in big events of AS&D Conference and AS&D Owner Meeting

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 1-2 year experience in Sales or Sales Support Functions is more preferable
  • Work as a team – " One Team One Goal, Great Collaboration with Others & always Value Each Other”
  • Discipline, high commitment and can work under pressure
  • Comfortable with data and technology, computer literature in Microsoft Office and have ability to follow defined business processes
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and monitor data quality with good analytical skills
  • Great service mind, optimistic (good attitude/positive thinking), opened mind and always treat people with respect
  • Builds good relationships and manages multiple stakeholders
  • good communication skills in Thai and English
  • As Data Problem Solver, initiative with logical approach
